This forum was made not just for teachers and curious forumers, this forum should also be used by the korean managers to express their thoughts. I know that our boss Mr. Kim is also reading this forum so I guess they should express their thoughts about the current situations in our institute.

i thnk you're right...i am a previous teacher of that korean school, i resigned because of the bad management that they have and some irregularities they are actually implying specially in terms of wage...gosh ...parang ang alam ata nila e hindi kumakain ang mga teachers dun....actually maganda ung school pangit lang ung mga nagmamanage ng school...bakit kelangan nyong kurakutin ang pera bakit hindi niyo ibigay ung dapat sa mga techers...nagrarally ang mga teacher pero ang managment e bulag pa rin...anung klase yan...pati cancelled class e di na ibinibigay...delayed pa sweldo...

      what can you say about the delayed salary?
      or how about the unpaid SSS contributions of the employees?
      what can you say about your staff who are doing this?
      the teachers' passion that is fading and the quality of your school that goes with it?
      the number of your students that is dropping significantly.
      are you going to be quiet about it?
