BECI is in a crisis again and everyone is affected. Getting one's salary in BECI nowadays is becoming a nightmare in the making. Everybody gets the critter when payday is at hand. Teachers have the common question of asking each other If the employees can receive their salary or not.

It is true that the administration came up with a General assembly to address the issue but I guess that is not enough. The situation is getting worse. Im beginning to think that BECI is going down and not going up. Its a sad state and I hope BECI can address it in due time. I believe that BECI teachers cannot function properly without compensation. Understanding is okay but I think we cant EAT "understanding".
