I'm looking for a second hand power supply for the PC.  I need 450 or 500 watts of power supply.  

it must be working properly and without defect.

BTW... the reason for these is because i need more power to my computer coz my new video card needs more and it is not sufficient enough to use its true power.  So even im using my nvidia geforce 7600GS, it's like im having a nvidia geforce 6600 video card because of not supported sufficient power.

Not sure if you could find used power supplies that new. Tried looking for used 350Ws+ once to no avail. Nice video card you got there, I'd upgrade myself but it would be a waste of power since I let my PC run overnight downloading torrents. ;D

Hehe maybe you should unplug some components before letting it run overnight. That's a lot of work though but will save lots of power specially if you're going to use a 450W+ capacity power supply.

Its hard to look for second hand 450 or 500 Watts now. I suggest you buy a brand new one if you really need it asap.

yup i've been dealing with hardwares for years that's part of my job. Power Supply is very different from an Automatic Voltage Regulator. 

As of now i don't know where else. If only im in baguio i might have some sources, but sorry im not.....

so your an expert about hardwares?  Can you say something about this?  I have bought my new video card geforce 7600GS, when i plugged it in and installed it and after i installed the driver and the hardware i restart my computer... and when the desktop appears a message appears about the video card.  The message was saying about my video card doesn't recieve enough power so it lowers the performance of the video card, it's like im having a geforce 6600 again. 

What is the problem?  My power supply, AVR or electric socket?  my AVR has 350 VA and my power supply has 300 watts only.  What do you think is the problem with my video card concerning about energy recieving from my video card?

Most of my clients encounter that problem and even i experienced that too after upgrading. You really need to change your PS to 350 Watts or higher. You will even experience a lot of system hang when you run 3d application (mostly games).

i forgot to tell you 350 Watts and up are 24 pins so your motherboard should be compatible with it.
