Â Â Â Â Â According to the ministry here for releasing a visa for the foreigners, a newborn baby less Â Â Â Â Â than 6 monthsÂ can travel withoutÂ aÂ visa and then a visa ca be applied the moment the Â Â Â Â Â the baby arrives, butÂ are theyÂ allowing it in Manila (Immigration) ?? Thanks..
