when you're stressed out in life, what gives you comfort?


i think right now..  a very cold bottle of beer would help..

nice topic... comfort zones.... this reminds me of what i have heard that this is one of people'S big problem, that once people ar no longer comfortable they begin to complain.... why, because they are  concern for their own comfort zones..... but these are the times when we can realize that we need to go out sometimes to our comfort zones and try to be uncomfortable at times for the sake of others......

had been lots of incomfortable situations, but kneeling down on my knees helped me a lot....
We are free up to the point of choice then the choice controls the chooser....

growing up poor and experienced a lot of hardships in life gives me a wide variety of comfort zones.....eating even half of an apple is a comfort for me,why....i never had an apple when i was growing up(only on christmas)

SHOPPING!!!..hehehe..usually if 'm pressured or stressed out..i alwayz go out and buy sumthin new for myself..'ve been doin it since 14..and sumhow it gives me a bit comfort and joy..if 'm broke ..my next option is in d bathroom..hehehe..a gud shower give a soothing effect..try it.. O0
