Depression is in me right now.... my break down!  I want to cry in a place were no people can see me but in an open space!

I'm ok a bit... i went to this isoleted place, a cliff! i shouted hard and strong to let it out and after that i cried.  It felt so good... i feltl my pain just eased away and im ready to face that problem of mine now.  Thanks everyone! I know you did not do anything but its a good thing that you support me a little from this thread but its a great help!

who ever said it's not okay for a guy to cry? it's perfectly alright.. you are human and you have a right to cry when you feel bad.. it's a normal thing for all.. as they say, it takes nerves for a man to cry.. hell, you don't need nerves.. you just need to be strong enough to admit that you can't handle everything.. cry as much as you want to but be sure to think about what to do when you stop crying.. crying won't solve anything but it will definitely make you feel better.. then you can think straight.. don't try to be so tough when you can't.. talk to your friends or family, tell them what's bothering you.. everybody needs a good cry.. why should you deny yourself that? ;D ;D

its true when you feel sad and depressed.... sometimes i go in a quiet place
or in a mountain to feel the fresh air touching me... there pwedew mong ilabas
ang nasa loob mu kasama po ang mother  nature...  O0 O0

at least I'm done with this sangit is one of the outlet for stresses and a suppressed anger
