I am a Westerner married to a Filipina and fortunate to have lived Baguio for a couple of years. I have now used this beautiful city as a backdrop for a serialized fictional story about a sex crazed group of white students. They are typical of the ones I have met in my travels in North America and Europe and contrast with Filipino teenagers who, for the most part, are concerned about their reputation and how their behavior impacts on their families.Â
