I just want to know if I'm not alone. My teacher in psychology said talking to yourself is a defense mechanism for you not to "lose it". It's healthy as long as you know that you're talking to yourself. I do it all the time, does that mean I'm on the verge of losing it? hehehehe

I think I formed a bad habit of talking to myself aloud... Sometimes even if I'm not alone, I tend to talk to myself... I just pretend that I'm singing if someone noticed. WAAAAAAAAAAA

;D ;D ;D like pridian i grab a pen and a paper.but i do it espeacially if am depressed, mostly i go to a place where there's no much people. one time i was in bell church alone, i was talking to  myself  coz i just had a major fight with my dad.suddenly  i heard someone talked back. deym, diay bestfriend ko, i didn't know he followed me.
it's healthy but careful who might be listening.. ;D ;D

yeah..i do that often especially if i'm sad or if my ginawa akong kalokohan...i even smile to myself...hehehe
