mostly but not all the time , alcohol just have effect of stoping human inhibitions , thus making him more euphoric and feeling stonger ,

drunk or not we can do that. we just make being drunk as an excuse so malakas ang loob natin to do things na d natin magawa pag di tau lasing. Admit it or not un ang rason.
