Been a while.. missed the forum..

Busy days..busy days..

There are lot of things that happens in a day.. but to have a very good day.. we should have to start the day right..

This morning I had some scrambled eggs, a tea and some bread.. Hope that will start my day with a proper energy.. and some good moods from around as well is needed..

I wake up at six do my body routine, eat breakfast and then take a shower after the workout oh gosh it feels sooo good. And always give yourself a mind exercise as well like, music in the morning and don't watch the news, it's dreppressing what's happening around the world, i only read the good news like the stock market and the sports....try this think only of good things ...when you get to that door and lastly, say a short prayer..it really helps..

Start the day right... stay up late and wake up late. It's great being unemployed I get to sleep whenever I want like nobody's business.

Seriously, they say you should always have breakfast in the morning. Something about the heart building up stuff during this time and that you need to eat to prevent it.

i agree with you .. ;D ;D ;D of being unemployed.. man you can stay up till 4 am and wake up at 12 or later...di nakasave ka pa ng breakfast... lunch na lng ihahanda mo... sarap ng buhay....

me?I wake up at 5:30, turn on my pc while i brush my teeth and take shower. check weather, mails, read post for 5 minutes. grab a glass of milk( if late na wag na lang), and a fruit on your way out...
pag weekends naman, sleep in na yan..wala ng nalalamn na breakfast.....unless me lakad at 10 am...

Count me in with the unemployed. Same routine here. WE don't know when the day started just to find out eventually that it already ended. hehehe

being unemployed makes you want to smile...  O0

come to think of it, i was way happier when i was at that point.. today, i don't even know what point in my life am I in. tsk tsk :tickedoff: :tickedoff:
