tawid, inheritance....common to us filipinos. it comes mostly on piece of land, houses, jewelries, cars etc.....is still common in your clan?have you received your inheritance yet?enya  ngay?

sometime it even cause dis agreement among siblings.....which even lead to killing... hay tawid ay tet ewa.

i was talking to my mom weeks ago. i was telling her not to touch a certain portion of the land she inherited from her dad because i was planning to put up something on it and i told her, that piece will be my tawid...but she told me, "ti tawid mo dayta ada dita ulom, bay am nga diay awan in ulo na ti mang tawid dagitoy." i found it unfair but...she was right...i already had my tawid.....

Your mom is a good person. She is wise. You're so lucky having her. She is definitely right...

[b] I never thought and asked from my parents any tawid for myself, my life is my greatest tawid, and i'm not complaining if awan ti tawid ko, i worked hard and have the things I need and i can't ask for more......don't want any misunderstandings from those tawids, tawids i wold rather give it to my siblings......make them happy and understand not that important to me, what counts is our relationship as a family.....[/b]
