I'm from La Union and currently I'm using Digitel aka DigiHELL. I'm planning to subscribe on PLDT myDSL with a speed of 3Mbps.

Are they good in torrent downloads? Will I be able to attain the same download speed 24 hours?

FYI Digitel is forging RST packets as a way to limit clients seeding, which cause slow download speed in Torrent specially during 9AM until 11PM everyday.

PLDT has already Swithced to Fiber Optic Technology which mean you can Download all VIA Torrents since RST is no longer in Use. 3MBPS is way too fast for a Personal Use . Talking about the speed sometimes it may Varry.
