Yes, I do believe that most Filipinos vote for those they have seen on TV or on movie.
But at least I can hope they this time vote for someone honest and qualified (if they exist).

Never voted. I don't see the point. They say it's for the future. huh?

Corruption is too hopelessly engraved in the system now. And not just the politicians but also gov't offices. We call some gov't offices here 'swamps' since it's populated mostly by crocodiles (bwaya).

The only way to have honest and qualified politicians now is to execute them all (including the corrupt gov't offices officials) and replace them with young idealistic people I think.

Hehehe... You, me, jimili, jonica and wett can take over the Republic.
Then we might get it swinging.  O0

I heard Manny Pacquiao is planning to enter politics. Seriously, I like the guy and so do millions of Filipinos as a boxer but as a politician?

i do believe all politicians start with noble intentions... when we were kids nu damagen datayu ket anya kayat mu nu dumakkel ka... 'kayat ko teacher ta agsuro ak ti ubbing'... 'kayat ko pulis, defender of the opressed'... 'lawyer... ipagtanggol ang rights ng inaapi...' 'kayat ko doctor'...

but as we grow up... tsk tsk tsk... i remeber someone telling me 'you cannot change the system, the system changes you...' how true...
