sorry to ask about this because i'm on a vacation here in singapore.  We left baguio to singaprore last May 11. 

If your asking why I didn't vote this 2007 election, hmmm... i respect you reaction if your mad or not but my view today why i didn't is because.  I won't let my vote be used as a count of cheating from a corrupt official, you know what i'm saying because you know already the status of our country.  Even in other countries, they are already scared to go there especially singaporean people. 

well said.. but then, if there's just some way to know those few politicians with good deeds then we can serve our votes to them.. you did well.. i voted.. but i don't know the mayor in baguio
